I'm here for chili talk! So if Michigan had a signature chili style, it would be Detroit-style chili for coney dogs. I've never had Cincinnati chili but I imagine they are similar but not completely the same in taste since both were developed by Greek immigrants. I think the big difference is Detroit-style uses ground beef heart along with regular ground beef. And in Detroit you don't eat it with spaghetti, it's coney dogs which means natural casing beef or beef/pork hotdog on a steamed bun with the chili sauce, yellow mustard, and chopped onion.

I think for Star Wars chili, for the Light Side I'd do a white chicken chili with smoked bird. For the Dark Side I'd do a Texas chili, the red of the dried chiles representing the red Sith lightsabers.
