podcast next week, so be sure to check that episode out.And now on to our regularly scheduled program:
Last Tuesday, Donald J. Trump was victorious in the presidential election, defeating Kamala Harris to become the 47th President of the United States.
Brian and Gary finally get the chance to discuss the results. They discuss what went wrong for the Harris campaign, Joe Biden’s role, and the Democratic party at-large, including who should share the brunt of the blame.
They also discuss their local politics. In NEPA, Senator and career politician Bob Casey lost to Dave McCormick, while incumbent U.S. Rep. Matt Cartwright lost to local business man Rob Bresnahan. The two losses were part of gains for the Republican party across the country.
In Florida, meanwhile, abortion and marijuana issues both failed to pass statewide votes.
